R1100R header question
 

Hi and good day to everyone. I was referred to your great site by a friend of mine on the Apriliaforum boards. I am a car dealer and just traded for a 1998 BMW R1100R that needs a complete exhaust system. I can find converters and mufflers for it on ebay but no luck with finding a header pipe. There are tons of R1100RT header pipes on there though. Does anyone know if the RT header will work? I appreciate any help you can offer and thank you for your time. PLUS I would be happy to buy from anyone on this site if you have what I need available. I also need a tail light for the same bike.

This is an R1100S oriented site, not an R1100R site. Nevertheless, you may wish to check the Remus website, they make lots of BMW aftermarket exhaust products. Happy hunting.

Hi and thanks for allowing me to pick your knowledge base. I was able to get the information from the guys at wunderlich. The header will work, if the question ever comes up again.
