RFAR,

Technically the purpose of this sticky is to show folks the link to the for sale area. But we have all been playing in it also.

You will probably get better visibility here.

Parts Wanted....

My friend got hit on his BCR. He's looking for parts. I recently read a post regarding 11s part out here... I have to look at the damage and see what he needs. All I know is that his rear wheel is a good inch off center now.

EDIT!!!

The parts needed are listed in the section linked in the first post...

I also have 47 sets of seconds.

Go to Boxer-Performance - BMW Performance Products to place an order.

HP2S officially for sale...

This 2000 mile 2008 non ABS bike comes with all the original body work, and a complete race replica body kit to save/protect the incredibly expensive and hard to replace OEM Cabron Fiber. The bike has a full slipper clutch fitted by the previous owner too, which would make it an absolutely perfect track day weapon.

It also has the special 250 battery tender, tank bag, and belt pouch as well as all papers, keys etc.

I'm asking 18,500 for the lot.

It's pretty as can be, but I just really prefer the riding position and feel of the Megamoto. Since we did our ride I've been up to Newcombes and spent a lovely day zipping around the Santa Monica Mtns with Mike and his new HP2Enduro, and I really like it so much more.

That means all the S will do is sit in the garage taking up space for maybe one or two rides a year. In this economy there's just no good reason to hang on to stuff you don't use, and I know that as sweet as it may look I really won't use the S enough to justify keeping it.

Gents:

Been away from the forum for a spell. I'm back because a gent overseas has expressed interest in purchasing my fully equipped '07 R 1200 S w/luggage at an attractive price. I'm torn.

Have searched for replacement R 1200 S types as well as RTs. Have come up empty handed. Before putting up a WTB elsewhere, you fella's know of any suitable replacements currently available? Am even considering a K 1300 S, for heaven's sake. Concerned I'd be disappointed.
