There's a German dealer who does a modification of the R1200ST and calls it R1200RS: http://www.motorrad-martin.de/

I think BMW should adopt that fairing and finally start selling the ST.

It could be the angle of a shot, but that front fairing still looks huge.

I like it. Now how bout the tail piece and muff..?

I to would try to change the look of the bike if I had stock sitting on the floor that wouldn't shift. A pair of dark glasses handed out on arrival, a bottle a complementary champagne drunk on the spot, and yah, it's starting to look better, who are we kidding.

Grose...and I just ate...

Man, those K-series headlights are HUGE.

Interesting concept though. Too bad BMW doesn't make it official, I thought the old R-RS models were quite popular, but got very long in the tooth.

I like it also. Please add the RT cruise control if It'll fit.

Erm

There's of course...the other way : just hire a designer worth the name (sorry David).

PS: on the other hand I doubt if the Quandt family knows that they do bikes as well...

Sideshow_S 07-28-2008 02:15 PM

And you thought a stock ST couldn't look WORSE!!!

Ugh.
