Hey Bingo; nice of you to ask.
Doing better, TRYING to take it easy. I go in for another stent 15 january, then I can start hitting the bowflex and riding my bicycle. I'm coming for the Yosemite ride this year for sure. We have so many interesting things to talk about  I feel overall much better, still tire easily but all the flu-like and IBS-like symptoms are gone. Heart issues can mimic so many other things, it seems.

Hey Jony,
Glad to hear your doing OK. The biggest (and cheapest) performance upgrade is weight reduction. I lost about 30 lbs. a few years ago by spending more time on the bicycle. It greatly reduces your 0 to 60 times.

Jony,
One thing I didn't mention in me earlier posts is how much better you'll feel once they've gotten the stents placed. Like somebody turned the dimmer switch to full bright, and practically overnight. Good luck! Cheers, Bill J |

Good to hear. Glad you're going to make the Yosemite ride too, that'll be fun. I just hope I'm riding by then . . . Healing very much too slowly . . .

hey Guys!
yep, back home after another arterial journey up my blood infrastructure. resting now, as much as I can. thanks for all the kind words. Should be up and running soon. I need a miller squarewave TIG machine
