				rear hugger turned white
			 
			has this happened to anyone else, if so any solutions or recommendations

			This happens when the clear coat that is sprayed over the resin deteriorates due to the elements.  You can take it to a good painter and get the hugger looking almost new for  a small price as compared to purchasing a new hugger.

			thanks ill do that, ive tried mothers brand back to black it makes it look better but doesnt get rid of the white.

			...it might have to be sanded down completely and then re-coated. A bit of a pain in the rear-end, but the outcome will be worth it. Is the bike usually parked outside?
