To long turn for the action?...
Is it just me or do other feel that you have to twist the trottle quite mutch before the R12S wake up - the trottle curve is quite progressive!
Actually do my wrist hurt due to the angle needed to hold aprox 100km/h over time. Is there a remedy out there to get the trottle response to be more linear??? |

The wise a?? answer is to tell you to purchase a Throttlemeister. If you are cramping up from holding the grip, you could try the throttle rocker attachment http://www.throttlerocker.com/info.html. I use the throttle rocker on my HP2S for those areas where I'm not constantly twisting the grip. The throtle movement is already linear because the double cable pulley on the Bowden cable control is round not oval or eliptical.

I already have a throttelmeister, well not The Trottelmeister but a cheap copy that work just as well
![]() I also adde heli-bars, a really good improvement on comfort! The trottle movement migth be linear, but the response from the bike is not linear - big difference! My previous bikes (bandit and sv1000n) had higher handlebars, so this migth just be a matter of getting used to... Last edited by bvihovde; 05-06-2009 at 04:53 AM.. |
