That make sense (using the HP2S engine design) and it will be one amazing bike.

Oh no, now even the stable and rugged GS will need to have a complete engine tear down at 30,000 miles.

Someone had to say it first.

Linky?

shreddr 06-18-2009 02:32 PM

R12?

IvanTT 06-18-2009 04:30 PM

No - R1250!

IvanTT 06-18-2009 04:32 PM

That way they can get the torque valuse and horse power value without increasing RPM.

That should lessen the rebuild to about 40,000miles . Also I wonder if it will have the ECU out of Jeff's bike?

Someone needs to photshop some bags and a passenger seat on a HP2S pic and start a good rumor about the new 2011 sport touring bike.

Hope with some ride-by-wire and a SORTED fuel injection combo (as a whole). Some data logging (malfunctions) capability couldn't be a bad thing either.

Suggestion: Motorrad PLEASE hire a designer worth the name.

And here I thought I was going to be content with BUBba until the end of time. I hope they don't require downpayments.
