Nate, you are probably the only person in this forum right now that has ridden hot rodded R12S, HP2S and the SKRR. Give those of us here considering purchase a head to head comparison please.

Nate has a 2 day track day in August at Roebling just outside Savannah, GA
Great time to see the S1000RR and the HP2 side by side, both on and off the track.

He still loves the HP2S... but I came away with the impression that he was quite smitten by the K1RR as well. However, his heart still hangs with the flat-twins and he is trying everything he can to keep racing these things and being competitive!

Jerry knows Nate very well, I know Nate very well and you could ask countless people who also know him (as a person, NOT a racer) and they will telly you the same.

Of course, he changes suits when he starts racing but if his competitors can't take it, they are not made for racing... that's it... get with it or get over it.

You don't get to the top of ANYTHING by being nice and considerate all the time... real life just does not work that way.

I guess anyone capable enough to have actually done anything has something they aren't proud of in their past. I know Nate pretty well and I like the guy....warts and all. I hope others can say the same about me.....but if they can't....well OK.

Always deal from the position of power. A friend of mine was at a traffic light and the car next to him was in a turn lane but didn't turn with the right turn light. My buddy rolled his window down and told the guy he was in a turn lane. The other guy flipped him off. My buddy took a 45 from his glove compartment and laid it on the dash. The other guy reached in his backseat and laid the barrel of a shotgun out his window. My friend put his pistol up and let the other guy go through the light first.

No, Kyle... by that logic I sold my business and took (at least) a year of to take a trip I always wanted to take... I'll leave the rat-race to the likes of you and George...

Also, if you are aware of the limits of your constitutions, I CAN NOT become president of the US... I think we have a good one right now anyway... no the GEORGE is gone!
