dead in the water
You guys have saved me a lot of trouble shooting time in the past. I pulled up at a friends house today, shut bike off. came out an hour later to leave and it cranked for a quarter second and then ALL the electical stuff shut down. Battery is full charged. Any input is appreciated

Ground side (negative) terminal connection on battery. Side stand switch stuck. Kill button burn out. Main 30 amp Fuse. Solenoid ground out due to corrosion. Ignition switch ground out due to pressure washing the key area.
If you can get any lights on the dash..........you might try pushing it off for a bump start. On well.............. |

Bad Battery, bad ground connection of a blown fuse... it's been a while with the 11S, I do not remember whether it had a main fuse or not...
Check the connections first... lately we've had a few bad batteries that showed charge but were no good... don't rely on just reading the voltage, More important is whether the Battery is capable of delivering the required amperage. The fact that EVERYTHING just shut down leads me to think connection or fuse, though... good luck. Oh yeah, as Jim said... I remember that the 11S had a few issues with the ignition lock going bad... some here have suffered that fait!

would, as the others said, check the ignition key switch (really, the wring behind it, not the switch itself) first. Right after battery terminals.
