Body Armour and related gear

Hello Mates, I am stocking up on gear for when my bike arrives. I purchased an armoured leather jacked, some joe rocket bike boots, black ash kevlar gloves, an ECE.DOT Flip up Helmet, a good pair of leather pants and.....I am not sure if I should get those body armour strap ons for the arms and spine?

I will be riding in mild to cool weather say 60-75F.
