Time to time, I also carry my bicycle with my scooter..

My setup doesn't obstruct the tail lights & turn signals.. doesn't add to overall width to the scooter..
allows top case to carry change of clothes, cycling shoes, tools & other misc items..
I put it on my scooter because after a good bicycle ride, I get lazy to clutch and shift.. like to just twist-n-go.

Put some new tires on my Santa Cruz Carbon Blur XC last night. Hoping these Minions, DHR/DHF hold better in the corners than the Honey Badgers I took off.

Yes Rainier. Did Sunrise, Paradise and Chinook twice in the last year. Love riding in that area for the views but all the rides were longer and harder than I remember from 20 years ago. Could I be aging?

2012 Pinarello FP Quattro. Shimano Ultegra group set, Mavic Ksyrium Equipe wheels. Rides like a magic carpet that rails in the corners compared to my Specialized Roubaix Elite. I am excited to get more road miles in, as I have been mostly doing the MTB thing in the winter months.

Nope! A real Canadian would have just punched him in the nose, then had a beer!

Cheers

Picked this up from the dealer today. Orbea Occam TR LTD. Left the flats on it for the first ride. Been awhile since I rode without being clipped in.. I soon remembered I like the control clips give me. Put my crank brothers candies on it as soon as I got it home. Fun light trail bike. Feels a lot like my old Santa Cruz Carbon Blur, but rolls much nicer over our rocky trails on 29" wheels. Orbea headquarters are in Little Rock. Bikes are made in Spain.

wswartzwel, when you ride, do you find yourself scooting back a fair amount? Increased pressure on hands? On the Blur.

VT guy, Not that I am aware of.... with the new not in the picture fox transfer dropper post getting lots of activity I am in and out of the saddle so much I am unaware of scooting. If you are referring to the seat appearing to be pointing downhill that is an optical illusion from the mortar lines. The saddle is level.
I do experience scooting back on my Pinarello... but I haven't gotten it all dialed in yet. still experimenting.

Edit.. looking at your profile I see you do bike fitting... I am all ears... I sent you a private message... would love to pick your brain on tips to getting the most out of my bikes.

Thanks Jeff... It has been a game changer for me. Huge leap in technology from the Blur.
