BCR paint codes
 

I need to do some touch up on my 2003 BCR. ColorRite lists a Pacific Blue Metalic for later models including the HP2 Sport, but aren't able to tell me if that will match the Pacific Blue on the BCR. The blue on my bike doesn't look at all like a metallic color. Any help would be much appreciated.

Best bet is to go to a paint shop with a spectrum analyzer or a paint shop that does a lot of BMW body work. I had some touch-up done on my HP2S and discovered there are 4 shades of Alpine White.

the paint code is mentionned on a sticker under the saddle, close to the tyre repair kit. It is usually a number, as an exa pmple mine states 865 mandarin.
