Almost but no cigar.
Pedrosa and Spies traded fast lap back and forth 4 times near the end of the session. With times expired, Spies had the pole by less than a tenth of a second with Pedrosa still on his last lap. Pedrosa uncorked a killer lap and took the pole by 0.338. Wow.

I thought Spies was going to get P1. Will be interesting to see if he can pressure Dani into folding. Wierd seeing a bike on top of the tire wall.

Spies will have to go the distance; But, Tech3 is in the groove for Indy for both of the Texans. Did you watch the chain dancing on Stoner's bike just before his last pit. He muscled the Ducati to #4. Rossi was as mad as I've see him following his lowside. He had the speed for for the front row, so I think he'll podium BIG tomorrow. I'm going Rossi, Stoner and Spies for tomorrow.

I did! major looking babes! I like it when you see some hot girls with skimpy dresses.
 Not like the prudes at the Tour d' France. Ben Spies was a let down. I thought he would podium at least 3rd. Can't blame it on Hayden he was driving with a snipped bone, I think on the wrist.

I bet they put Hayden on some major pain killers, anti inflamatory meds and muscle relaxants.
He did the right thing riding, don't recall if he scored any points.
