new favorite spark plugs for the R1100S?

Hi
Just checking...

Is there a new favorite? (dual spark model)

I read where:
Side: NGK DCPR7EIX ($7.40 on e-baY)
Bottom: NGK BKR7EIX-11 ($7.40 on e-bay)

were recommended.

Needing to get some plugs for my tune up.

thanks
bill

That's because they are your favorites.

I like the E3 Spark Plugs installed 14k miles ago in my single spark '99 R1100S P/N: E3.64

The E3.64 also fits my '97 BMW 318ti as well as our '07 VW Passat 2.0T but not using them in either one of those so far.

Hi Banderso,

Yes it is flat but Central IL has some fun stuff here and there over by the Illinois River where I live. There's lots of bluff areas and these make for some curvy/hilly blacktop roads.

So where are you now?...are you interested in MotoGP at Indy next month? I'm part of a group that has been going every year so far and we've got great seats available in the SW corner in the shade (E-Box).

HI,
I am near Atlanta, been here 9+years. My brother lives south of Springfield. We have made every Indy GP so far. Will be there !!!! We always get general seating and move around. Last two years we sat at the top of the grandstand near the 50 marker for turn 1. Great seating to see the back curves and straight.

see ya
