The wheels are interesting, but the BNG are way to Duc'ish.

the black bike with the racing stripe looks pretty awesome. i am surprised they left that wimpy fork on the front instead of the beefy 41mm version from the R12S.

The seat looks pretty scooped out, must be the low model.

Not bad.

Not bad at all.

I like the red one... because it has a blacked out frame and hardware, with the gray wheels like R12S's wheels. I kind of wish the tank and tail trim were blue, though. The deep metallic blue like the motorsport livery. Maybe even the full blue, white, and red theme.

The red one looks like the crank-case is black, but the bike with the black bodywork and spoke wheels looks like the crank-case is still silver. The cylinders are silver. The paralever on the spoke wheel bike is almost certainly silver, too, while the red bike is pretty sure to be all blacked out.

The red/black bike also looks like it has medium gray cam covers, fork yoke and lowers, headlight trim panel (just under the gauges), and telelever A-arm to match the gray painted cast wheels. Also black pillion handles and a gray piece under that. The mirrors are black, and the bars might be lower.
The spoke wheel bike looks to have brighter cast-aluminum silver for those parts, chrome mirrors, and possibly a taller tubular handlebar.

Hopefully an -S or -RS model is coming, too, with a bit more juice in the engine, the upgraded front suspension, and a half-fairing.

Roo-Loo they're called swiitches over here, I for one wish they had changed to the single switch for the signals 30 years ago. I find the three switch thing stupid and not in the least intuitive, not to mention if you own any other brand bike changing back & forth causes confusion. But hey if it wasn't weird it wouldn't be a beemer. As for the 12r I really like the black with spoked wheel look. I wonder if they're tubless as the spokes are centered. It also is polished more; exhaust, wheels, bars & mirrors making it stand out. I think the bar height is the same just turned on the black one.

hubba da hubba da - lovely

didn't think I'd care for the spoke wheels but they look like they belong - very nice! just needs a black HPE system swept up under the tail, some bar end mirrors and a seat cowl for the back

I admit to liking the R quite a bit... Still would like an ST or RS with 120+ ponies

Come to think of it, those spoked wheels would do really great on a GS(/A) if someone would want to make a GS(/A) more road going without going to those fugly cast rims.

Bob, it sure looks like a "remove and replace"for the bike. I'll bet the Wilburs will move over also. Maybe even the Akra can.

That'd be a lotta swappin' for 2 HP and a wide white stripe.
