Factory Paint? Is this your bike?

I saw this bike a few years ago and have wanted to trade my silver wheels for the bright yellow/gold/orange ones ever since. If this is your bike it is the best looking ride I have ever seen. Anybody want to trade wheels ?

Just have them powder coated, but with out the matching accent on the body panel, well not sure. I would prefer white checkers and white rims.

It is fantastic.

I would have to agree, though. White, or aluminum-white (near-white silver) would look better than yellow, and with much more subtle "R1100S" decals.

Perhaps with slight red accents, to give it the blue/white/red bmw motorcycle racing livery look.

That blue is absolutely gorgeous. What is the name of that color?

looks like Pacific Blue to me with some pinstriping added, nice touch! I never cared for the large S decals on the front plastics either, but what do I know; I've got Randy's sig on the side of my plastics LOL

That is a mix of Pacific Blue with the 2004 mandarin yellow wheels and checker graphics.

Is boxer-cup livery also Pacific blue, or is it a slightly different color? I love the blue/white/red scheme, too.

I know the owner of the Blue R1100S w/Yellow Wheels, Checkers, and Pinstripes. It is for sale as of a ~month ago. Not sure if it's still available. The owner has bought a Candy-Cane R1200S as a replacement. The yellows wheels are powder coated and the yellow checkers are stickers. The owner is one who takes great pains to care for his motorcycles. In fact he was the 1st owner of my '99 R1100S until I bought it. This blue model is an '04.

Nope he sold it about 2 weeks ago to a guy outside Peoria, IL. I met the guy and saw the bike this weekend in Elkader, IA for the national Moto Guzzi rally. Love the colors together...
