Aragon: Spoiler and MotoGP vs Moto2

Since no one seems to have an answer to Stoners talent it has become kind of a snoozer. But Moto2 was incredible today.

Rossi starting from pit road was a bummer. Three riders out by turn three and the Yamis with no umph made for a boring GP. It was another Stoner TT. Lorenzo needs to send Simoncelli a thank you card. The only good news was the breif comment that Ducati is looking at going back to the aluminum frame.

Moto2 is where the spectator can have fun right now. Some excellent gutsy racing.

5:00am here on the west coast is rough on sunday morning to catch motogp, no replay later in the day on speed. i was up and caught the race, but yea FB, snoozer is right. moto2 was on early afternoon here, competing with football for ratings, but that's' where the racing is! ducati better do something, the 69 & 46 aren't cutting it! they gave up SBK to focus on motogp, hasn't helped so far! what's that say when the non-factory race teams are beating them, pretty sad for nicky and the doctor. i guess they better get on board with an AL frame, nothing else they've tried has done much to remedy their issues; apparently front end feel being the big one.

He/Ducati did/has gone to an aluminium frame, non of his 6 engines fit it,hence why they had to build a 7th which did and hence the pitlane penalty.

Chris, can they finish the season on that engine barring a crash that inhales gravel? I missed that tidbit. Do you think lack of feel and the last few crashes prompted Ducati to take the penalty and move on.

I don't think Ducati care if the engine goes to the end of the season or not,it's all about getting a bike up and running for next year, the carbon frame is/was a dead end,the problem being there's no saying an alloy frame will get the job done straight away,UK commentors were saying HRC must have got through 30 last year before getting it right.

+ many on Moto2 racing. The matched engines make this the more rider oriented competition yet.
