Corbin and stock seat break in tips!
Corbin claims that their seat will soften up with age. The seat material is designed for very heavy riders and will not soften up much with age.
Here is a technique that will allow you to sit in a Corbin saddle as long as the rest of your body can take it: Armour All the seat and coat the seat completely. Proceed to sit on the seat in your usual riding position. You will notice that your behind has removed the A/all where you normally sit. Take a rubber hammer, prefferably round head and beat on the seat only where your behind has removed the Armour All for several minutes. Be careful not to hit any of the cross seams as you may open the seam. The first 1/2" of the foam will be softer and remove the burning you usually get from the Corbin seat. This technique will also work for stock seats. The improvement will blow your ass away |

That's strange. When I had my Corbin seat custom fitted, three beautiful girls in nurse's uniforms placed me in a special warm wax mold to make a cast of my bottom so the seat would fit perfectly. Don't remember much after that...
