I am not sure if this horse is dead yet so I thought I would give it another hit. The group ride Fri. was Kebler Pass to Crested Butt for lunch and chains then Ohio Pass in the afternoon.

First was this shot of a rare Arizona spider. Notice the silvery thread being emitted from its abdomen as it starts to make a web-

Feel the Sergio of power-

Everyone wants to be a star. Ralf followed by his two bike camera crew-

The Dark Knight-

And the mighty Kawi-

It was cool to see Kebler Pass in the daylight as I crossed it last year in the dark-

You could have used it as "chotchkie" for TOR 2013.

My entourage... on a different note, my wristband from the rally finally fell off today. I was hoping to keep it on til next years... as a motivator of sorts.

Sorry, I just remembered this question too. The Ricor fork kit and standard length shock are a big improvement. Less dive and better control in front. I don't understand how the front can feel more firm and yet handle bumps better at the same time. The stock lowered rear shock was just not right for me. The spring was too soft which allowed me to bottom out and it just was not well controlled. I probable do not fit the specs for the stock suspension and didn't need it lowered too. Very happy with the results. Of course now the bike does not work for my wife but she does not ride anymore.

Thanks. Totally concur on the Ricor, that was a big improvement. Hate that rear shock...

We are planning a motorcycle trip this summer. I would like to try and make the TOR again this year. Do any of you intelligent gentlemen have the dates that it will be held?

Dee- TOR is aways week before or after the MOA National. which will be in Oregon, July 20th weekend. So TOR is most likely to be weekend of July 27th. but don't quote me on that.
maybe someone that is both intelligent and a gentleman can give you better; most would say i barely qualify as either.

Well, something wierd seems to have surfaced. There is a new BMW rally, the 1st Annual Rocky Mountain Rally, scheduled for Gunnison July 14 - 17th. Don't know what it's all about or who's putting it on. Hopefully they won't be conflicting...
