Anyone buy from Sierra BMW recently?

Like the title says, anyone buy from Sierra BMW recently? I bought a set of Speigler brake lines for my EVO ABS R1100s a week and a half ago. I bought a bunch of other maintenance stuff from Max BMW and Beemer Boneyard at the same time. All has come except the brake lines. No shipping notice or anything either. I checked my order online and it still says processing. I also emailed the store and haven't gotten a response.
I've read good things about them in the past, so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm wondering if they aren't backordered or something and they just haven't told me. This is the last thing i am waiting on to do a major service for my bike, so I'm a little ancy. No sense in bleeding the brakes until I have the new lines . . . .

I ordered a few things from them recently as well. The only bad thing I can say is that one of the items (not an important one and only $20) was not included in my shipment. I've emailed them about it and haven't gotten a response.

They are very slow to ship and crap with responding. You may have better luck calling them.

Don't know Sierra but Spiegler makes lines to order, usually the same day or the next and ship efficiently too, so you wouldn't be waiting on Speigler.

Looks like nothing clears up there. About two years ago, I ordered a hugger for the R1100S and it took over two months to receive. Sierra said it was the overseas shipping delay and of course the manufacturer said it was Sierra. When I received, did order a t-shirt and of course, it was the wrong one and size.

Will say Sierra was always polite, responsive, and sincerely wanted to get things right and eventually they did.

I got a really nice email back from Sierra with a shipping date and an apology for not getting back to me. Turns out I contacted them when they were closed, so I probably jumped the gun a bit. No complaints now, just looking forward to some nice new braided lines.

Glad it worked out, I am down there quite a bit. They are a decent shop.

Don't be afraid to give Tom or Lane a call if things are not right.

In fact I just had them order me a dark Euro windshield (46632307214) for a 1992 R100GS I just picked up.

Until a pattern develops of failed fulfillments,I give high marks to Sierra BMW.

Mistakes can happen, but I order from them often and have been happy.

Hope they get right on top of it though since I've read this a few times in the last year.

Sierra BMW is my dealer and they have been fabulous to work with. There service dept is especially top notch. I've never ordered online from them though. The staff there are great. Give them a call if u have a problem.

I'm lucky to have them so close to home...
