Hornig GPS Ram Ball Mount for r1200s

I know this topic has been covered in the past but wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this product specifically.

I'm curious to know of the position it puts your GPS unit in. Does it block your view of the instrument cluster?

Also, if you hit a hard bump, does the GPS shake loose or move?

Any alternatives you'd recommend? I might just end up going with the BMW Mount.

I have RAM mounts on all my bikes and they wiggle slightly but they don't slip. This mount is pretty awesome because it's so unobtrusive. I wish I had gotten it for my wife's F800S.

This mount will not work on a 12S as this one is inserted into the bar which is not possible on a 12S.
There is another Ram mount available that uses an 8mm bolt. You will need to tap the 12S bar end to use it, but it is just as good and much cheaper.
I have it mounted on my 12S Heli Bars.

edit....oops, maybe it will fit into the stock bars.....I was thinking of the Heli's
