Long time BMW guy but I've always lusted after a candy cane S and one finally came up that I had to grab. Thanks Craig!

I've had a lot of hyper bikes and used to be a racing/track day addict, but I'm really enjoying this "gentleman's" sport bike. I took her out for a quick jaunt today, but the weather is finally improving tomorrow so I'll be getting out for a more thorough shake down. I have a few goodies on the way as well.

Thanks! I'm really looking forward to having another boxer in the house. I love the engine and after a short jaunt yesterday its a blast in this package. This is one of the bikes that I just like to go out in the garage and look at.

I dearly love my GS for its versatility, but I wanted a more sporting package to go along with that bike, with the boxer and without the investment in an HP2. Not that the GS is actually a slouch when ridden "sportingly"! The HP2 is an unbelievably gorgeous bike, but yikes on the price, new or previously owned.

Having a rare bike is kind of fun and something that other riders seem to appreciate.
