Installed Helibars on my R12s on the weekend. Been holding off for about a week. Look at the bike, re read the instructions, look at the bike again and then sit down with a beer until the feeling to do something to a perfectly good motorcycle went away.

Did a search on this site, found Eenybear's comments with a link to his description of the same process. Well written, step by step instructions in plain English - hardly scary at all. Did the deed, took less time than I thought and the baby still runs.
