Semi-OT...Temp controller cut out

Odd. My Gerbings temp controller starts off OK. But after 15 or 20 minutes it just cuts out,. stops working. It has behaved this way for 2 days. Any ideas?

Got a schematic? Sounds like a short that opens when it gets hot, element or reostat perhaps? My friends Matchless's magneto does that & leaves you stranded, at least you're only cold.

Mr.FB-

Mine seemed like it was not putting out the same amount of heat. Output kept getting cooler then one day nothing. The wires were broken from flexing right where they entered the controller.
