Burners
I realize that I am several years late to this party but does anyone know where I can purchase a set of boxer burners?
Ran a few google searches as well as searches on the forum but didn't find a source. Thanks -

unobtainium skunkworks. You can try making your own, they are just delrin with an o ring seal. Its a permanent airbox modification and not easy either, unless you are looking for that last bit of top end you might not notice the benefit.

My initial Rexxer map hit a plateau at 110 RWHP and 7500 RPM. Before I make any other changes I thought it might be a good idea to test the effectiveness of boxer burners. My afr is kind of rich down low (2500-3600 rpm) and up top (7200 rpm) and before I lean out the fuel I wanted to investigate providing a little more unrestricted airflow.
Does anyone have dimensions for the diameter and length of the preferred air horn shape? I am fairly handy and if the design works without killing the low-end grunt and mid-range I would like to implement this modification. ![]() I know Jeff, it is time for a set of CP pistons and Carrillo rods or a Wossner kit... .. . I want to keep tweaking and get the most I can from the OEM powerplant before I get into the internals.
