R1200S Mirrors

Will the R1200S mirrors fit on the R1100S without much hassle? I am trying to "swoopify" my R11 and I tried a set of mirror/signals called Pig Spotters that looked pretty cool on the bike, but weren't giving me a complete view. If they do seem to fit, any idea of the cost?

If you do that, you'll have two set of front turn signals. I think removing the pods with the original signals would look terrible.

I have a set of carbon fiber pods with no signals, the question was whether the R12 units will bolt straight up and how much do they cost? Any Photoshop opportunities?

I don't know if they will fit but I have a set of mirrors from an R1200S that I will sell you for half of the new retail price. They came off of our racebike when we prepped it.

Apologies for resurecting a long dead thread, but did you ever do this Shreddr? I'd be interested in finding out if it's possible and how it looks if it is.....

I kinda like the mirrors on the 1100. They go with the rest of the bike and they actually work, unlike most bikes I've owned that they seem there just for legal reasons.
