Euromotoelectrics

Some great prices on latest stick coils for our beasts here. No affiliation, etc., etc., etc.

I did some business with them when I bought my bike. Shipping was fast. I had to return several items. They credited my order promptly and accurately. Actually felt bad about the amount of stuff I returned, they didn't gouge me for a restocking fee either.

Saved them to my favorites list and will do business with them again.

@Rique, have you tried them yet? At $230 delivered for a pair, I thought I'd give them a try.

@Rique, Beru is an old, respected German company which makes many auto/diesel/motorcycle related electronics. Should be good!

I certainly did. Top coils where putting out low energy spark,..thus causing so much confusion.

good supplier

i have ordered a whole slug of parts from these guys including the stick coils, they do work,
one thing i noticed, and this may explain some of the failures of the original coils in the r11 series, the bmw parts have rubber ring near the top to ensure a tight fit, and this may contribute to the overheating of the coils and subsequent failures, the beru do not have this ring and the outer body is a stainless steel sleeve, without the rubber these are not a tight fit, so i have thought that they might be "floppy" in the hole.

we'll see how they work...

OK, got mine. They're not identical but close enough. Despite pics, they're identical in length. The BMW coil has a rubber grommet around near the outside end to seal/reduce vibrations. It slides off easily. Beru recommends using a bit of glue to hold it in place as there are no 'buttons' like the BMW one. BMW (l), Beru (r):

I'll stick with the BMW coils.
