Phillip Island.
Rumour has it that there is some sort of motorcycle racing event on this weekend .
I might pop down and check it out . Probably mostly Jap bikes with a lot of overseas riders , but what the heck I might go anyway . Thinking , to stave off the boredom I might have a few drinks , anyone interested ? . If so call me on 0401-491538 and we will meet at one of the beer tents , or just after turn 1 near the enterence to 'trackside' campground .San Remo Pub friday arvo is always a good start ,on account of I cannot erect my tent sober . I will be in the company of old Bails for the trip down - if I can Keep up - Beer tent top of turn 12 at Midday Saturday - or the one near the entrance to the Museum looking over Gardner Straight on the high side?
