Chris:
Did you order from Tills ?

I ordered from Tills on Nov 8, 2016 and as far I can tell, from the DHL tracking,
the kit has been sitting in DHL's facility at IPZ,Ffm, Germany since Sunday Nov. 11, 2016.

I have not received the kit from Tills yet and I was concerned that maybe it was lost.
I contacted Tills, and he replied promptly.
Tills has tracked every delivery to the USA from Germany via DHL .
Deliveries can take from 10 days to 22 days.
I may be wrong , but if you track via DHL, the last facility in Germany is IPZ-Ffm.
After that, the package is handed off to the destination country (USA).

Spoke to him by mail on Sunday, paid Monday arrived Wednesday.

Although the Germans send out DHL that doesn't mean DHL will deliver and over here it's not even possible to track it German DHL has 12 digits UK has 10

Even then you have no idea who will deliver, mine actually turn up Royal Mail but it could have been anyone.

Mentioned I'd ordered to a friend who then told me we both knew someone who already had them from Jurgan got him round to the work shop yesterday for a demo they appear to work well but as I said in the other post make a helluva ticking sound.

As you will see with the clues they differ from what he says on his link about the rubber seals.

Tills has just changed the delivery service from Germany to the USA from DHL to UPS.
He wants to give UPS a try to see if it's either faster or more track-able (is that a word ) for the folks in the USA.

Chris:
Is it that rubber seal in the picture ? It looks like there is a rubber seal that has to be inserted into the throttle body.
Is the fit of the rubber seal a little sloppy or loose ?

Maybe the R1200 fuel injectors are noisier than the R1100S' ?
Anyone have both and can compare ?
Some people say they can hear the R1100S' fuel injectors click. I tell you , my motorcycle makes so many noises , I'm not sure if I can hear the click from it's fuel injectors but I'll give it a try .

If you look at the original link he says there are 4 seals two are spares incase they get nicked but on mine it says use all 4 so the injector is floating.

Regardless I'm in no rush to fit mine when I have the shock back in and sorted I'll look at doing them then.

DHL delivery info for the USA.

DHL hands off the package to the USPS either in Germany or USA.
Tracking of the package can be had on the USPS web site - just enter the DHL tracking number on the USPS tracking/search box.

DHL package arrived today from Tills.

FWIW:

I found a similar source on another forum for the EV14, 4 hole injectors with R110/1150 TB adapters, O-rings, flow tested and matched, with a print out for your set. Complete kit for a R1100/1150, adapters and O-rings, $139 + freight ($9.60, USPS FC). They also sell just the adapters alone, $30.

Injector-Rehab.com, Blackwood, NJ, USA. 856.346.2778. Keith is the owner. Keith@injector-rehab.com He answers email questions very quickly.

I ordered a set Thursday evening (11-17) and they arrived Tuesday (11-22), NJ to ATL. I have not been able to install or test them yet. Will report back when that is done.

I'm NOT affiliated in any way except as a very satisfied customer (so far!!).

Hi Lowndes:

It's me again. Some people don't read other motorcycle forums.
I can copy your reply from ADVRider, but I'll ask the same question here so that members will know what I'm asking about.

On the Injector-Rehab page for the R1200GS injectors, the kit comes with 2x Lower Pants Seals -
Did you receive them also ?
And , if you did receive them, do they fit inside the pants and are not shown in your 2 photos ?

Lower Seal Universal

The reason I'm asking is because it seems that on the Tills website page ,
the photo of the throttle body shows a grommet that I do not have, and that grommet looks like the Lower Pants Seal that Injector-Rehab sells.

Tills - R1100S and R1150xx Upgrade Set, with NEW matched Injectors R1200

Got the answer from Injector-Rehab on the ADV-Rider forum.
The Lower Pants Seals from Injector-Rehab are used on the EV1 adapter.

Can anybody report on actual operating results of old vs new fuel injectors?

So my 2001 ran good with its original injectors. It now runs good with the r1200 injectors. Unless you just want newer looking injectors, save your money and be satisfied as-is.

Finally installed the R1200 fuel injectors.
I added an O-ring to the fuel injector , so that dirt would not accumulate near the fuel injector throttle body orifice.
The old EV6 injectors didn't have an O-ring against the throttle body, nor did dirt accumulate there.

Ran the motorcycle in the garage with the fuel injectors and it stalled.
Earlier in the day, before the new fuel injectors, the bike stalled once also.
Have good voltage reading using a voltmeter .
Used an auto Battery tester and the reading said my CCA is only 17 - it should be above 200.

Further testing will have to wait.
Ordered a new battery last night.

Took 20 minutes from start to finish started bang on the button and ticked over at its usual 1000 revs not bad considering the fuel in the tank must be 7 months old but the way it ran was interesting

Hi I did just that, took the plunge...

It was 145 USD to the front door at the time I bought these, August 2017,
Smooother, was first thing i noticed. If I cruise at 4000 +/- on the freeway, much less vibration. I would say almost very smooth. Mine is an 04 with the 4 hole injectors, so I was bit surprised, I guess I should have checked my original injectors first, but what the hey, its only money... It is much smoother all the way around.

I have yet to install the AfXied to finish up. I've been too busy (can you believe that) to finish the fuel upgrades. I also bought the throttle body balancer tool and tweaked the throttle plates to even them out, also a slight improvement there. It seems to me that these things result in incremental improvements overall. No one thing seems to be able to change this bike into a beast. That said, the machine is more of pleasure to run each time its let out of its cage, er garage.

Happy motoring,

Slick

Report back to us on the fuel economy. Not that it is a big deal but the AfXied reduced my fuel economy quite a bit. I need all the range I can get.
