AF XIeD?

Hi Guys,

I'm asking for some help here. I don't see the O2 Sensor connectors under the tank. I have lifted it and looked at the Haynes & Clymer Books for reference, but no pic of the connectors or which wire is which under the tank.. any one here have that info handy?

Really want to give this device a go...

Got my Hardware from KnightRider.com.

Thanks,

Slick

Start at the 02 sensor, trace the wire up to the connector and there shouldn't be any mystery. It should be zip-tied to the frame on the right side of the bike.

It's tied to the frame on the right side about mid-tank. You need to lift the tank quite a bit to get to it, as I remember.
The thing works pretty well once it's installed and set.

Hey, Slick,

Pay heed to the warnings about the fragile plastic "keepers" on the connector. VERY EASY to break.

You will not notice an immediate improvement, just a gradual adjustment over 2-3 tanks of gas. It will start easier, not so cold natured. Roll on power is MUCH improved. Stalling at stop lights is gone. EASY to start off in 1st. Runs like it's supposed to run. Runs COOLER, too. Mileage is about the same except that you are having much more fun now.

Techron concentrate (from Wally World) helps. EV-14 injectors make a difference, too.

I'm a very happy 3 time customer, r1100s, r100rt, k1200rs. First thing I do is order can AF-Xied.

lots of opinions on techron, but one issue with it is as it hits the back of the valves
it leaves depsits, some engine designs are worse than others ,
