Stacked barbacks

Anybody ever try stacking barbacks instead of using a handle conversion to give extra height? Thanks.

I’m not sure how that would work using more than one set.
I haven’t seen any on UK eBay for a while but there was something called ‘Vario’ bars of different heights. Didn’t allow for the heated grips though. They will be somewhere on the net.
Or go the whole hog and get some Chopper/Easy Rider style! Nows there’s an idea ... back soon

Hi,
I tried a combination of Bar Backs & Tarrozi risers a couple of years ago. This set-up moved the bars up & back a good 3-4 inches. From a mechanical point of view they felt solid & secure when torqued properly. I used some paste used in fitting carbon parts on bicycles for extra bite.

It was very very comfortable on long rides but felt I felt a bit disconnected for the bike. I've since removed the bar backs & ride only with the Tarrozi's. They're very adjustable , the bars can be angled up & down plus in & out which you can't do with the stock BMW bars. Here's a picture of the stacked set-up.

...personally I would not suggest stacking anything. I get the idea but it doesn't seem like a great idea.

I have one set of mine on hand if your interested.
I'll give a discount to any Pelican member.
Take a look...this is a shameless plug. but over a thousand riders can't be wrong ...
