Totally off topic
Have any of you hooligans tried memory foam mattresses? I know this high tech stuff works in my Aerostitch Roadcrafter suit, especially in the elbow area. They claim your spine remains in alignment while you are visiting Mr. Sandman. And at Mr. Deltoids advancing age(32), I need all the help I can find. This might sound like a strange post, but good health, especially of the muscular and skeletal kind can really improve your riding. The best performance boost is tuning yourself before the bike!!Just don't crash, because your age will REALLY betray you!!

Their are a few other things you can do to prepare for that daily ride. Mine is a roll in the hay. Relieves tension, keeps you limber, and the vibration of the ride, well....., you get what I mean.
