How many miles on that "soft" sprocket? Sounds like a couple bugs on the 'freeka twin. Like your "workstand".

Around 3,500 miles. Here is a shot when he replaced it at 4,288.

Yes steel. I have seen wave brake rotors but wave style sprockets?

I was tempted to turn it into one, but figured it was too soft to cut anything but loosely extruded styrofoam...
