Tell me about the beefed up rods. What does that design do for them, Dean?

You've got to stop thinking bad thoughts. It was an odd way to ask the question, however. So I reworded it.

Bubba, they are going to run at Bonneville for the Bubb meet. Chris plans to have 3 bikes there.

What is the date for the run, Dean? I'm not up on the western events. Will it be posted on the Motorcylist Cafe'?

those rods are identical to the Wossner rods I put in the R12S, they were 200 grams (1/2 pound) lighter EACH! plus they were longer, which gives you lower piston speed. i hope they post some dyno charts

I've never seen a dyno run from Chris. The top speed at Bonneville will be posted. Dean, I am interested to see if Chris does get more revs out of this high revving I-4.
