Advice on replacing the turbo oil inlet pipe

Our F25 X3 belches out blue smoke on startup. From what I've been able to find to it looks like the turbo's inlet oil pipe's valve is the likely offender. Has anyone replaced their turbo oil inlet pipe? I can't even find where it is when I've taken off the engine cover. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
