Turbo return leak

I have a 2008 x5 e70 3.0D. I have had a hard to find leak and have finally tracked it to the turbo oil return pipe o'ring.
Part 11 that goes on part 10 at turbo end.

Does anyone know if I can take the return pipe off with the turbo in place. I can get to the bolt from underneath but don't want to try until I know for sure it is possible.
Thanks

Thought I would just give it a go. Very easy repair. I just took the bolt out then with a bit of pulling it the drain just popped out from the turbo then I pulled it from the block with a bit of a wiggle. O'ring at turbo end was all dry and brittle the lower end was not bad but replaced them both and now that annoying very hard to find leak is all gone. If you have oil below your turbo on a 3.0D E70 and think it's from the power steering or valve cover check the drain first as it is hard to pin point and might save you some coin.
Cheers
