Rear shifter lever bushing ?

Im curious if anyone is using the Turner polyurethane bushing, on the rear of the shifter lever, ive done a boat load of work on my 99 Z3 roadster, such as the smf kit, UCC black enforcer mounts, front lever poly bushings, and thinking about adding the Turner poly bushing on the back end of the lever, im curious if the NVH will be worse with a poly bushing on the tail end of the shifter lever, or just modify the stock rubber bushing?
