Z4M Seatback

The cloth covered section of the passenger seat back has worn a bit of the cloth away. Is there a way to remove just that part of the seat back so I can recover it with Alcantara? I really dont want to remove the whole seat if there is a way to remove just the one part on both seats.
Thanks in advance.

Maybe you can find a seat cover, otherwise I think the seat will need to be removed to be fixed.

Thanks, I have mixed feelings about just covering up the seat with a cover. I have searched and cannot find the forum where I read how you can “just”pop four plastic fasteners out of the bottom of the seat back, and then lift it up and pull back gently and the “hardback” of the seat will pull away. It was a bit more detailed than that but I can’t find the d#*m thing! Everything else on the car is all original (other than the supercharger)and in great shape. So I don’t want to start that path.
Thanks again, enjoy the weekend.
