loose seat---is it the seat rails???

I have a 1999 Z3. About a year after I purchased it, the seat rails had to be replaced. The car is now 8 years old. Recently the drivers seat has started to move about a quarter inch when I hit the brakes hard. Any idea what is causing this and how do I fix it??

The good news is that there is an inexpensive fix for this.

Read about it on this site above. You will need to buy some delrin bushings from Doug and spend a couple of hours tearing your seat apart. It works great though.
