'96 993 vs. 2000 M Coupe........
Just sold my '96 993 Carerra for a BMW "2000 M Coupe'. Man.....that M Coupe (the clown shoe;-) is smokin' fast....I'm impressed....it seems a lot faster and muscular than the 993... thoughts? SvK PS: ...I like to put it like this: The m roadster DOES look like a chick car.........very pretty, retro etc...... BUT......by slappin' that Hatch/Rear on the coupe, it doesn't quite work.........Kinda like a master painter creating a gorgeous work of art, and then the hippest grafitti artist in NY comes along and sprays his wares all over it....... It's punk-rock!! I dig it. SvK

Great choice! Lots of fun & I personally like the look. Because of its low production and off center design, it draws lots of attention.
If you remember the Movie "Harold & Maude" you'll notice that the design influence came from the late 60's Jaguar that was converted into a hearse. The USED car values are all over the place for Coupes. So few cars were produced & so few are sold in any given month it's hard to get a solid value. I'd say you did well at $11.5K Here's my 2000...
