Setting Motor to Top Dead Center
1998 Z3 1.9 Liter Motor 4 cylinder M44
I am replacing the cyclinder head and now setting the timing. Will placing the flywheel lock set the motor to TDC? When I removed the head, the flywheel lock was not inserted. As a result, even though the timing marks on the cam shaft sprockets showed TDC, I do not believe the the motor was left at TDC. |
