Can't remove valve cover on 2007 Z4 3.0si

So, I needed to replace the valve cover on my 2007 Z4 3.0si. I am almost there but this harness/wireloom that goes across the valve cover is preventing me from removing the valve cover? Any tips or tricks to do this?

Different motor. Mine is an N52. The motor you showed does NOT have the crossover wires.

Alpinewhite did you get that off? I think you have to remove the fuel rail from the opposite side of the valve cover.
