Dme pin schematic needed

Hello, I'm new here having electrical problems with my 2003 BMW z4 3 litter. I need a pin assignment for the dme to check that signals are being received and sent from. I had a radiator hose go out and flowers down waiting to get that part I just shut it I would change out my wiring harness for my motor I had gotten a new one and so I am uninstalled the old wiring harness install the new one first thing that happened it wouldn’t start it would turn over but I’m getting no spark to my plugs it’s hitting all kinds of codes for my camshaft crankshaft sensor’s but I know there’s nothing wrong with them because my car ran fine when I parked it waiting for my radiator hose I don’t understand Switching out the harnesses could make all these error codes happening that’s why I need a pin disgram for dme thank you 🙏
