2003 Boxster AC/Heat won't work

I have a 2003 Boxster and it won't blow anything from any of the vents. I understand it may be the blower resistor or even the blower itself (fuses were good).
One note that may or may not be related, if i hit the AC button, it won't even turn on. I expected it to at least show the AC was on and potentially draw the engine down a little but it is like it doesn't engage.
Also, I know the parts for the blower are up under the passenger side dash but I can't find any good references on replacing it on my model. I could just be overlooking them.
