Check Battery/Alternator CEL
 

RE: '06 Cayman S, with +/- 74k miles.

Have been experiencing occasional slow starts while running errands.

Car cranks but doesn't always 'catch' the way it used to. Usually takes a second attempt and the car will crank longer than usual before finally 'catching'.

Happened this morning on the way into the office and it triggered the 'Check Battery/Alternator' CEL.

Car was just in for full service (early 80k) and battery checked out okay. Also had the plugs changed out and make regular use of Techron fuel system cleaner.

Any suggestions as to where to look next are appreciated.
