Cayman Headliner Sagging options?

I have a 2007 and on a very hot day got in it to feel the headliner on top of my head. What are the best options to remedy this? Interior is dark brown/chocolate as is the headliner. Thanks!

Hello - take a look at link below to an earlier thread regarding the sagging headliner. There should also be a lot more threads about this as well - just do a keyword search for 'sagging headliner'.

Dealer not needed. Look for a local upholstery place. I have a trim shop near here that has been around for 60 years. They did my 08 last summer for $250+tax. I expected $500. Experience counts. They did it and there was no drama, no problems. Dropped it off at 8 AM and picked it up after lunch.

Hey. My 2007 Cayman S had same issue. Watched lots of YouTube, decided to tackle it my self.
$20 in headliner material at Joann's Fabric and $12 for the 3M Headliner spray contact cement.
The biggest pain was cleaning the old foam and glue off the headliner form.
Did have help from my Artsy Fartsy wife in gluing the new headliner fabric on.
She has done similar art projects, and definitely helps to have extra hands.
But, I must say, very happy with the result.
BUT BUT........If you can get it done for $250, that seems pretty good.

Very grateful for the responses! I searched and what I saw was hey buy this liner. Do you have to pull all the trim to drop it down? How much time did it take to drop the panel? Or total time for R&R? Thanks! Got a low beam drop light on the dash tonight and drove home with the Christmas Tree on the roof and high beams on
