My 03 has quit shifting right, and the shifter lights blink between 5 and drive, it is a tip. It just started it.

Dmitry, I checked that out, mine is excelerating, just wont go in to high, and does not feel like it is slipping.

Tips are always big dollar issue, past owner or service never done on time, have you had the trans service ???

What are the service intervals for tip

Service is fluid change. 90k IIRC. Helps to get wear elements flushed out. Trans is a ZF. Lots of shops can rebuild. Lots in junkyards.

try servicing the trans, new filter and new oil. Fixed mine.
