Cam actuator cover

Getting misfire codes (P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303). Already replaced all plugs, coils and tubes. Also have 4 new O2 sensors installed. Found someone who had something similar where it was the cam actuator cover/seal causing it. Is this as simple as just remove and reinstall seal? Here is the part: https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info/996-105-244-03-M260&SuperCat=Y&SVSVSI=.htm

Similar issue: https://rennlist.com/forums/996-forum/875626-p300-misfire-p301-p302-p303.html

AOS, lower and middle oil filler tube have been replaced also (they were cracked). New oil cap as well.

Can't find any vacuum leaks.

Cleared the codes. They come back as pending at idle.
