Raid Steering Wheel
I have always disliked the Cayman steering wheels. The standard ones felt too large and skinny-rimmed to me, and even the sport wheels were't much better. So I was happy to discover Raid wheels. I ordered one in 240mm, perforated leather with an alcantra bottom. Including the adapter and the airbag, and with shipping from Belgium, I paid less than $700. The wheel is beautiful (to my eye), and appears to be of high quality. It took only an hour to install, and it makes a lot of difference in the hands/car interface.

Could anyone tell me please are they made in Germany?
I'm looking for a direct contact with the Factory or their direct Rep. I have an "off Rx" request/modification (for non-Porsche), when it comes to the adapter. Last edited by MrDangerUS; 03-25-2019 at 11:55 AM.. |

It's really nice! Way too spendy for me, I'm happy you are so prosperous! I thought I was being extravagant when I replaced my shredded tip steering wheel with one that has unshredded leather ($185.)

Bit expensive for me too but I bet the smaller diameter quickens the steering imputes....that’s always a plus.
