Wonky ignition switch failing? Bad battery? Wet drivers floor impacting the computer? I assume no codes being thrown?

Sounds like a crank position sensor. Does your tach needle bounce when you attempt to start?

What year Boxster? S or base? How many miles? Have you checked for error codes?
